Booking Process

RELAC Group Tour
- A $349 per person deposit is due ASAP to reserve your seat.
- Booking can be done via phone with Jeff at 866.992.4462 x. 117 with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
- With the deposit an invoice and additional documents will be emailed or mailed to tour participants.
- Balance will be due 60 days (flexible) prior to departure with credit card authorization, check, or money order.
- Once we receive payment all tickets, travel documents and passports (with Chinese Visa) will be mailed two to three weeks prior to departure.
- In order to process the Chinese Visa we will need completed Chinese Visa application, passports and a passport photo mailed to us no later than 60 days (some flexibility) prior to departure.
